Madrichim Application

Do you love working with children and want to be a role model for Jewish kids?

Do you want to learn new skills and develop new interests while earning community service hours or a paycheck?

Do you want to create new relationships with peers, clergy, staff and students and JSchool?
Well…Our Madrichim program is for you!

Requirements:
While the program is very fun and rewarding it is a commitment! Because our teachers and students depend on you every week, you must make this a priority. There are several requirements for being a madrich/a including:

• Consistent attendance and communication with JSchool teachers and staff. (Priority will be given to teens who commit to consistent attendance.)
• Participation in mandatory training sessions. (New Madrichim orientation is on Tuesday, September 2nd. Other madrichim meetings are: Sundays, September 7th, November 2nd and March 29th.
• JSchool Hebrew madrachim must have good Hebrew reading skills (Hebrew assessment is required).

When is the application deadline and when will I know if I am accepted?
The deadline to apply is June 30th. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and Zoom/in person interviews will be scheduled soon after your application is reviewed. Applications received after June 30th will continue to be reviewed but placement options may be limited.
